The Korea Automobile Environment Association is building, operating, and managing electric vehicle charging infrastructure in line with the supply of electric vehicles and revitalization of the industry by the Ministry of Environment. In order to expand the charging infrastructure smoothly, it operates a help desk dedicated to various charger-related services such as guiding the installation of chargers and handling complaints about inconveniences, and operates and manages fast chargers systematically through regular (frequent) inspections and electrical safety inspections.

Regular Inspection Service for Charging Station

A regular inspection is to be performed, in order to efficiently and systematically manage the charging stations – operation test, electricity safety check-up, communication, exterior and surrounding of the station (check-up and maintenance), discussion with facility manager, etc.

Emergency Service

Service immediately visits the station if failure has not remotely resolved.

• - Operating a 24-hour HELP DESK for electric vehicles
• - The charging station can be inspected through the receipt of civil appeals or infra network (http://www.ev.or.kr) and then a remote control is to resolve problems. If remote control fails to resolve them, the emergency service is dispatched immediately to resolve the problems.

You can check the location of the fast charger by accessing the charging infrastructure information system (http://www.ev.or.kr) from a PC or smartphone.
